![]() SudanJ304 Make Life Better SudanThis project will provide the necessary bedding for boys’ dormitory to provide housing, and thereby protection, for 200 male orphans who are currently enrolled in our Southern Sudan slave and refugee repatriation, education and food program. We work with Make Way Partners to prevent and combat human trafficking and all forms of modern–day slavery. Our primary focus is with women and children, which are the highest at-risk groups. We offer practical alternatives and assistance to the most vulnerable, while receiving and providing care to those making their way out of slavery. Additionally, a part of our healing ministry is to facilitate a successful re-entry and integration back into society through counselling, education, job training and placement - contributing within the appropriate cultural settings. Our most successful program is in Southern Sudan where we protect, house, feed, medically treat and educate nearly 400 children. |
